A two-layer permeable pavement that prevents puddles during rainy weather, achieving reduced environmental impact and flat safety.
Fine Industrial's two-layer permeable pavement is an environmentally friendly paving system that adopts a unique two-layer structure to efficiently allow rainwater to permeate into the ground.
The upper layer uses natural gravel with excellent aesthetic qualities, while the lower layer features a high-permeability base layer with a void ratio of over 40%. This design quickly absorbs and disperses rainwater, helping to prevent the formation of puddles.
Unlike typical 10mm thick resin pavements, it can be directly applied to crushed stone bases. By ensuring a thickness of 30-40mm for sidewalks and 40-50mm for roadways, it eliminates the need for asphalt or concrete sub-bases, achieving cost reduction in materials and shortening construction time.
It also contributes to reducing the load on drainage facilities and lowering infrastructure costs. The pavement surface is flat and slip-resistant, allowing safe passage for wheelchairs, strollers, and carts. This paving system accommodates a wide range of applications, including public facilities and parking lots, while balancing safety, aesthetics, environmental performance, and economic efficiency at a high level.
